Representative Experience

PHAM & ASSOCIATES has successfully represented a number of domestic and foreign clients in IPR litigation and enforcement. Recent remarkable cases include:

• Represented Vietnam Tobacco Corporation (Vinataba) successfully to get back the ownership of VINATABA trademark in Cambodia and now the case has been proceeding in other 10 countries: Laos, Thailand, Malaysia, Brunei, Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hongkong and Singapore;
• Successfully represented  Duy Loi folding hammock company to sue a patent infringement in Japan related to Duy Loi’s utility solution to folding-hammock;
• Successfully represented Vifon Vietnam to sue and win IP infringement litigations in Poland and Germany;
• Successfully represented Petro Vietnam to sue to get back the ownership of Petro Vietnam’s trademark in the United States;
• Successfully protected legal rights of Chemical Industries PLC over the  “Super Maxilite” trademark in a dispute with Nippon Paint company in Vietnam;
• Supported Japanese Honda in fighting production and commercialization of motorbikes which infringed trademark, industrial design and invention rights of Honda in Vienam.
