present, Pham & Associates represents Vietnam Steel Corporation, the owner
of the registered trademark (VNSTEEL and logo - on the right) under the
Trademark Certificates No. 116719 and 116720 for steel products (Class 6) to oppose
the filling an application No. 4-2008-27389 for registration of trademark (ASEAN STEEL J.S.C and logo) by J.S.C Steel Dong Nam A for the same steel products.
The
case is under processing by NOIP.
